    ULS Online
In the development of a communications application, there are some issues that may become problematic and cause significant delays to the installation of a licensed radio system. While these are easily avoided and corrected if a single source vendor is performing the three major tasks - ASR, PCN, and FCC Licensing - because these three sets of documentation are checked via computers against each other, a minor mistake on any of these documents can force the entire licensing applications to be rejected or returned from the FCC. This is a very common phenomenon and, because Prior Coordination Notices take a minimum of 2 weeks, a single mistake may force starting from the beginning. TCS Consultants, Inc. has been performing microwave licensing for 23 years and ensures these delays are not a factor.
